Domain Names

• What is a domain name?
  A domain name is a name that allows others on the Internet to find your web site easily. • Once I register a domain name, how long will it be before it's available to the rest of the Internet?
  Once a domain name is registered it usually takes from 24 to 36 hours for other DNS servers throughout the world to propagate (update) and realize that your new domain name is active.
• May I register more than one domain name?
  Yes. You may register as many as you want.
• Can I change a misspelled domain name, can I get a refund?
  No, you won't be able to correct misspelled domain name, after domain name is purchased we are not able to give you a refund.   Please make sure that the spelling is right during registration.
• How can I be certain my domain name was registered?
  Every domain name you register will be followed by an e-mail confirming your purchase. If you don't receive confirmation within 24 hours of registering your domain name please contact our support department. Please don't forget to provide us with the domain name in question, your name and phone number.
• I've registered a domain name with another company. May I transfer my domain(s) to you and take advantage of your services?
  Yes. Please contact our sales department.
